To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bac99's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the bac99 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bac99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bac99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
